Description
Stationary High- and Low-Pressure testing unit, for testing of fire extinguishers and pressure units.
High-Pressure-Test
In High-Pressure with 2 testing connections to test: CO2-bottles/- cartridges and -fi re extinguishers, breathing air apparatus, diving bottles, gas-bottles.
Unit consisting of:
- 2 High-Pressure hoses (0.8 m)
- Plug-in coupling with 2 plug-in adaptors each with large or small conical CO2-thread
- Lockable valves for individual testing
- Relief valve to relieve the testing line
- Pipework made of High-Pressure Ermetho pipes
- Compressed-air driven High-Pressure pump
- Disconnect able pressure display with pressure gauge (600 bar)
- Automatic disconnection when reaching the requested test pressure by pressure gauge
Low-Pressure
In Low-Pressure with 2 testing connections to test fire extinguishers as well as cylinders up to max. 30 bar.
Unit consisting of:
- 2 Low-Pressure hoses (0.8 m) with plug-in coupling
- 2 universal Low-Pressure adaptors
- Lockable valves for individual testing
- Relief valve to relieve the testing line
- Compressed-air driven Low-Pressure pump
- Disconnect able pressure display with pressure gauge (40 bar)
- Test pressure 0 – 40 bar
- Automatic disconnection when reaching the requested test pressure by pressure gauge

We at a.b.c. know how important it is to make the right choice in firefighting. Recently, a new European standard for wheeled extinguishers, EN 1866, was introduced. The a.b.c. wheeled extinguisher range has been the first in Europe to comply with this standard.

Dry Powder Chemical Firefighting Systems

- Burner Fire Control patented expulsion systems enables each hose reel or nozzle to obtain chemical through independent discharge tubes giving instant discharge through pre-pressurization and a constant discharge rate on demand. With multiple discharge tubes that can be individually controlled, full or isolated discharges are possible.
- Dry Chemical Systems are in accordance with NFPA 17 Standard
- Dry Chemical System Vessels are designed and constructed in accordance to the latest ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 unfired pressure vessel code
- Dry Chemical Systems are made of materials suitable for marine environments.
